Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Eliviro. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because we operate with an international fulfillment model to keep our prices low and shipping free, we have established specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Free from any stains, odors, or signs of wear (e.g., makeup, perfume, pet hair).


2. Return Shipping Costs & Address

Please note that because Eliviro utilizes international fulfillment centers to ship our products efficiently, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package shipping label; this is a logistics hub and your return will be lost.

  • To initiate a return and receive the correct return warehouse address, you must contact our customer service team at info@eliviro.com.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will fix it immediately! Please email us at info@eliviro.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.

  • Our Guarantee: In accordance with our shipping guidelines, we will always dispatch a brand-new replacement package completely free of charge in the first instance. A direct monetary refund is not available for damaged goods until a replacement has been attempted.

  • If the replacement item also arrives faulty, a full refund will be issued immediately.


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and logistical reasons:

  • Innerwear, underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits.

  • Final sale items or promotional gift cards.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our designated warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund is approved or rejected based on the item's condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–7 business days.


6. Order Cancellations

As detailed in our Shipping Policy, once an order is placed, it is automatically forwarded to our fulfillment pipeline. Because of this automated speed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after checkout. If you no longer want the items, you must wait to receive the package and follow our standard return process.
